Cilantro Shrimp

We use cilantro or coriander as a very flavorful seasoning to soups, curry dishes, salads, and a lot of other dishes. It provides a wide range of nutritional benefits. It is also perfect for seasoning shrimp as it balances out the seafood taste.

Ingredients

1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 cup fresh lemon squeeze
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of chopped cilantro
non-stick spray
lime wedges

Directions

  1. In a zip lock bag, combine all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Spray Air Fryer Basket with non-stick spray.
  3. Evenly spread shrimp on Air Fryer Basket. 
  4. Secure Air Fryer lid, set to 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  5. Halfway through, open lid and flip each piece of shrimp.
  6. Serve on a plate and garnish with lime wedges.
