Ninja Foodi Weight Watchers Zero Point

Chicken Breast

Chicken breast is the best ingredient for a zero point dish. It is white meat poultry which means it has less cholesterol than pork, beef or lamb. Just make sure it is skinless and boneless though. Chicken skin is both high in cholesterol and saturated fat.


1 inch ginger, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
ground black pepper
1 cup chicken stock, divided
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets


  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken and stock.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil and 3 tbsp of chicken stock and mix until you get a pasty consistency.
  3. Rub chicken fillets with half of the paste mixture
  4. Pour remaining cup of stock in Ninja Foodi and place chicken on top of a trivet.
  5. Secure Pressure Lid and set Pressure to HIGH and set TIME to 7 minutes.
  6. Once cycle is done, do a Quick Pressure Release.
  7. Place chicken fillets in Air Fryer Basket and smother with remaining paste.
  8. Secure Air Fryer lid and Air Fry for 5 minutes.
  9. You can may serve chicken breasts on top of a green salad.
