Ninja Foodi Weight Watchers Zero Point

Chicken and Bean Soup

This is a basic zero point Chicken and Bean Soup perfect for a cold rainy or wintery night. If you just came home from a tiring day at work, this dish does not need a lot of effort to make. Just leave the ingredients in your Ninja Foodi, sit back, watch your favorite show, and wait for the cycle to finish.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup white beans
1 red bell pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups green chile enchilada sauce
3 cups chicken broth
2 onions, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in Ninja Foodi
  2. Secure Pressure Lid and set Pressure to HIGH and set TIME to 45 minutes.
  3. Once cycle is done, do a Quick Pressure Release.
  4. Serve with avocado, cheese, or sour cream as desired(will add points)
