Buffalo Cauli-Wings

Easy to make, light on the tummy, as flavorful as any meat dish, and the best part, it’s zero smart points. Buffalo Cauli-Wings is the perfect meal for you if you are staying away from meat but you want you daily intake of proteins.

Ingredients

1/4 cup hot sauce 
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp avocado oil
Salt
1 bowl cauliflower florets

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix hot sauce, avocado oil, almond flour, and salt.
  2. Stir in cauliflower florets and make sure florets are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat Ninja Foodi – Secure crisping lid, set to AIR CRISP at 400°F for 5 minutes
  4. Open the lid and and a third or half the bowl of florets to air crisp basket.(make sure air crisp basket is not too crowded).
  5. Secure the crisping lid once again and set to AIR CRISP at 400°F for 15 minutes. Select START/STOP.
  6. At around 7 to 8 minutes, open the lid and turn the florets to ensure even frying.
  7. Once cycle is done, remove the florets and cook the next batch until all florets are done.
  8. Prepare a hot sauce or Greek yogurt dip and serve warm with zucchinni sticks on the side
