Air Fried Herbed Shrimp

Shrimp, like most crabs, contain very little to no carbs at all. That’s why it’s one of the best keto foods ever. Packed with proteins, every sumptuous bite is full of nutrition needed for building a strong body. Herbed shrimp is covered in almond flour breading which locks in all the flavors and since it is air-fried, it’s a much healthier choice.


1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp dried parsely
non-stick spray
olive oil for drizzling


  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, ground black pepper, and parsely.
  2. Dip each shrimp in egg and roll in breading mixture.
  3. Spray Air Fryer basket with non-stick spray and evenly add shrimp in the basket.
  4. Drizzle shrimp with olive oil
  5. Secure Air Fryer lid and set to 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  6. Halfway through, flip the shrimp and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Cook shrimp until golden brown.
