Air Fried Butternut Squash

Butternut squash, or butternut pumpkin is a variety of winter squash. The sweet, nutty taste is almost the same as that of pumpkin. The fleshy pulp brings a nice texture when air fried. With 15 net carbs per cup, it is acceptable for a keto diet.


5 cups butternut squash, cubed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground black pepper
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Basil leaves, chopped


  1. Trim about 2 inches off from the stems of the asparagus.
  2. Place asparagus in air crisp basket.\
  3. Sprinkle salt on asparagus and spray with olive oil.
  4. Shut air crisping lid and select AIR CRISP in Ninja Foodi.
  5. Bring TEMP to 390 degrees and press START/STOP. Set time to 5 minutes. 
  6. Open lid and turn asparagus spears.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
