Salmon, Broccoli, and Rice



  1. Pat dry salmon fillets. If frozen, allow to thaw up to room temperature.
  2. Rub each side of salmon fillets with salt, pepper and paprika, then wrap with tin foil.
  3. Wash broccoli florets and rice with water.
  4. In each partition of steamer basket, separately place broccoli florets, rice, and salmon.
  5. Pour 1 cup of water in Instant Pot and place steamer basket.
  6. Secure lid and set to sealing.
  7. Set Instant Pot to HIGH pressure for 10 minutes.
  8. Once timer is up, do a Quick Release of pressure by pressing down the Steam Release Button until it locks into place.
  9. Once all pressure and steam is released, open the lid and remove salmon from tin foil and allow to rest on a serving plate. 
  10. Scoop each plate with rice and a serving of broccoli florets and salmon fillet.
